What makes marine detailing different
Boats live in punishing conditions — UV, water spotting, mineral deposits, and seasonal storage. Gel coat oxidation is the most common issue: that chalky, lifeless surface that wipes white on a rag. We use marine-specific compounds and pad combinations to cut through oxidation without burning through gel coat, then refine the finish to a deep, wet gloss.
Marine ceramic coatings
After polishing, we recommend a marine ceramic sealant that bonds to fiberglass. It dramatically reduces waterline staining, makes mineral deposits easier to rinse off, and slows the next oxidation cycle. With seasonal care, a quality marine coating can keep working for 1-3 years depending on water exposure and storage.
Interior, teak, and chrome
Vinyl seating gets deep cleaned with marine-safe solutions and finished with UV protectant to fight cracking. Teak is cleaned, brightened, and sealed. Every chrome and stainless fixture is polished. The result is a boat that turns heads at the dock, not one that announces last season's lake use.
