What ceramic coating actually does
Ceramic coatings are liquid polymers (typically SiO₂ or SiC-based) that chemically bond to your paint's clear coat. Once cured, they form a hard, transparent shell that drastically increases gloss, repels water and dirt, resists chemical etching from bug guts and bird droppings, and shields against UV damage. Properly applied, a quality coating outlasts dozens of wax jobs and makes weekly maintenance dramatically easier.
Our prep-first process
Coating bad paint just locks in the swirls. Every C2 ceramic coating starts with a foam decontamination wash, iron and tar removal, and a clay treatment. Then we measure paint thickness and perform a one- to three-stage paint correction to remove swirl marks, oxidation, and light scratches. Only after the surface is corrected do we apply the coating panel by panel, level it, and let it cure in a controlled environment.
Which package is right for you
Our 2-year coating is ideal for daily drivers that you'd like to keep looking sharp without committing long-term. The 5-year option is our most popular for nicer daily drivers and weekend cars. The 7+ year coating is reserved for clients who want maximum protection and gloss, typically on exotics, show cars, and new vehicles. Every package includes wheels and exterior glass options.
After-care that keeps it working
A coating is not maintenance-free, it's maintenance-easy. We'll send you home with instructions on how to wash the car going forward — pH-neutral shampoo, two-bucket method, and a topper spray once or twice a year. Skip the automated brush washes; they're the fastest way to dull any coating, ceramic or otherwise.
